Position: Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level)

Your transition to TECH SALES starts here. Intaker is a hyper-growth technology startup headquartered in Los Angeles. We build innovative software tools for law firms to automate their client intake. We are looking for a competent Sales Development Representative to join our energetic team, one who is passionate about learning, growth and tech.

SDR Career growth at Intaker
  • The SDR program at Intaker is designed to take junior SDRs' careers to the next level within 12-18 months of joining. The growth plan includes three promotions every 4-6 months before graduating from SDR to Account Executive. SDR promotions include raising compensation, creating new responsibilities, and increasing quotas. The promotion requirements are simple:
    Exceed the quota and help your peers exceed theirs.
  • First 7 days:
    Know the product suite and understand the sales ops.
  • First 30 days:
    Master lead qualification methods and respond to advance objections.
  • First 60 days:
    More coaching and Ramp up to your quota.
  • First 90 days:
    Learn to unlearn and start coaching other juniors.
SDR Responsibilities
  • Multi-channel cold outreach to at least 80+ prospects a day
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings set
  • Train junior SDRs after a few months of joining
  • Constantly raise the bar and improve performance
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, communication or a related field
  • No formal sales experience is required for this role
  • Prior work experience that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary and Compensation
  • Estimated total earnings: ~$63,000 if meeting quota
  • Base Salary:
    From ~$47,000 + sales incentives
  • Bonus:
    Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
