The Product Sales Executive is a field sales and product expert position focused on selling X-Ray products. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that is highly competitive, desires top income, works well in a team-selling environment and strives to win and be successful. Our products are industry and clinically recognized as being the best for both patient care and providers.

We are searching for top Product Sales Executive professionals looking to build their own franchise and realize virtually uncapped earnings potential.

Location:

Los Angeles    The base pay range for this position is $67,000 - $101,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is $90,000 (variable compensation). Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. -Candidate must excel in relationship development and management.  Expectation is that the Product Sales Executive will be in front of customers greater than 70% of the time. Good communication skills are critical. Candidate is responsible for owning their business. Dynamic presentation skills are critical. The Product Sales Executive is a field sales position focused on selling X-Ray capital equipment into hospitals with with 50% travel allocation and minimal overnight travel.

Aggressive commission plan included, benefits and company car included.

This role reports to the AVP of the XP Business Line for Siemens Healthineers.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Drive achievement of business objectives within the assigned territory, including increased penetration of accounts through product, solution, and service offerings.
* Provide product sales support through effective positioning and compelling presentations.
* Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to meet or exceed business goals and budget targets.
* Establish, grow, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
* Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for product sales channels.
* Ensure Account Executives are well-versed in X-Ray product offerings to effectively drive business growth.
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in a related field, technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven experience in sales or as a product specialist; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability or strong desire to master the sales process, including quota management, pipeline development, lead qualification, and business conversion.
* Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding business and project objectives.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** In-depth knowledge of X-Ray products or relevant technical/engineering background.
* Experience in capital equipment sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.
* Formal sales training (e.g., SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Miller-Heiman, or similar) is a strong advantage.
