Motive Workforce is expanding our national telecom & wireless sales team and is actively seeking experienced, motivated Sales Representatives who have sold wireless network solutions. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and have a history of exceeding sales goals, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a growing organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales of wireless network products and services.
  • Build and expand relationships with carriers, integrators, OEM partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and develop strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
  • Present solutions, proposals, and value propositions to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent, direct experience selling Nokia 5G equipment or wireless solutions (required).
  • 3–7+ years of telecom / wireless / RAN sales success.
  • Deep understanding of 5G infrastructure, carrier networks, and competitive market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently across a remote or multi-state territory.
  • Existing relationships within major carriers or network integrators.
  • Experience selling throughout national or regional territories.
  • Technical familiarity with 5G, LTE, small cell, fiber, and transport solutions.
  • Nationwide openings.
