Motive Workforce is expanding our national telecom & wireless sales team and is actively seeking experienced, motivated Sales Representatives who have sold wireless network solutions. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and have a history of exceeding sales goals, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a growing organization.
What You’ll Do- Drive sales of wireless network products and services.
- Build and expand relationships with carriers, integrators, OEM partners, and enterprise clients.
- Identify new customer opportunities and develop strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
- Present solutions, proposals, and value propositions to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Recent, direct experience selling Nokia 5G equipment or wireless solutions (required).
- 3–7+ years of telecom / wireless / RAN sales success.
- Deep understanding of 5G infrastructure, carrier networks, and competitive market dynamics.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and building long-term customer relationships.
- Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently across a remote or multi-state territory.
- Existing relationships within major carriers or network integrators.
- Experience selling throughout national or regional territories.
- Technical familiarity with 5G, LTE, small cell, fiber, and transport solutions.
