Position: Scholastic Employee Sales Rep

Location: Northwest LA Territory (Studio City, Hollywood and Encino areas)

Starting Minimum Pay: $60K base salary DOE

As a Scholastic Employee Sales Representative, you will play a key role in creating a positive, enriching school environment by celebrating experiences, milestones, and achievements. You will service and grow the territory accounts, maintain strong relationships, and stay apprised of customer needs and priorities related to our services.

• Growth within your assigned area or region, both within accounts and new business.
• Create lasting partnerships internally, and with our customers.
• Improve upon goals and metrics in collaboration with corporate.
• Develop your own business plan to align with the growth and success of your professional career.
• Report activities weekly to support a solid sales growth strategy.

• 1-2+ years of sales, account management, or comparable experience.
• Successfully grew or developed sales/business opportunities consistently over the course of previous employment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and/or client needs simultaneously.
• Responsive and dependable in communication, execution of self‑appointed tasks.
• Unafraid to work in a highly competitive market, driven primarily by relationships and value‑added products.
• Determined, focused and organized.
• Highly independent, self‑motivated mindset.
• A passion for helping schools, parents, and students capture and celebrate their important achievements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferred.
• Work experience in lieu of degree considered.
