Regional Sales Manager – Medical Device – Start-Up Opportunity – Endocrinology
Start-up healthcare company is expanding their commercial sales team and looking for experienced field sales professionals to help expand awareness and adoption.
Job Responsibilities- Manage a team of 9-11 reps
- Total 1st year compensation: $240‑335k+
- On‑Target Earnings: $100‑180k in commissions/bonus
- Territory:
West Coast (CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA) - Calling on endocrinologists, primary care, and specialty clinics
- Educating on clinical benefits and driving product adoption
- 2‑5+ years of medical or pharmaceutical sales management experience
- Endocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferred but not required
- Start‑up experience
- Strong track record of managing a sales team
- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
