. Due to continued growth, Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in our Southwest Division. The position is based from California remotely, with the LA area.
- Drive growth and profitability by acquiring, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prospecting:
Identify and develop new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers and supporting P&C product marketing within the assigned territory. - Attending automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and communicate via internal and external stakeholders. - Closing:
Manage and grow assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets. - Direct Sales:
Conduct sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams. - Consulting:
Collaborate with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, strengthening customer relationships. - Building market share:
Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales or Automotive area.
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 4 or more years of Sales or Automotive experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of Sales or Automotive experience.
- Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
- Knowledge of F&I products.
- Knowledge of automotive industry, market, and competitors.
- Must reside within the required territory Southern Florida.
- Outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
- Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management.
- Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
- Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology.
- Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products.
- Ability to analyze financial statements.
- Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.

Base salary range: $64,600.00 - $. Variable compensation component based on individual performance under the sales incentive plan. Additional rewards may encompass short‑term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
