The RoleThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new qualified opportunities for their Sales Executive partners. This is an outbound sales role focused on the dental vertical in which the SDR prospects and cold calls & emails SMB dental practices to successfully position the value proposition and set meetings. The SDR role will be based out of our Los Angeles office and will contribute to building the company into the #1 POS financing solution.
This position provides a direct path to a full sales cycle role.
- Execute on a high velocity outbound sales strategy to reach monthly demo targets
- Achieve daily KPI targets (call volume, dial time & connections)
- Qualify and book demos for inbound leads
- Leverage sales tools such as Outreach.io and Nooks (dialer) to increase efficiency and reach more dental offices
- SDR or Sales experience and/or a keen interest in entering a career in Sales
- Experience selling over the phone
- Excellent communication skills whether you’re on the phone or sending an email
- Strong outbound, cold-calling experience
- Intelligent, go-getter, scrappy, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry for success
- Great time management skills and ability to self-manage
- Work well independently and in team environments
