Description

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to sell digital and print advertising solutions within the fast-paced real estate industry. The ideal candidate brings proven advertising sales experience, is comfortable with cold calling, and has a strong track record of building and growing a book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.

+ Drive revenue growth by selling digital and print advertising solutions across multiple platforms.

+ Proactively prospect and generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and networking.

+ Identify and close new revenue opportunities, including sponsor ships, event partnerships, and exhibit booth sales.

+ Build, maintain, and expand a strong book of business with existing and prospective clients.

+ Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.

+ Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and close deals.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize advertising campaigns and deliver effective client solutions.

+ Research market trends and competitive insights to uncover new growth opportunities.

+ Confidently handle objections and present creative, customized advertising solutions aligned with client goals.

+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

+ Proven experience in advertising sales, with a strong emphasis on digital media sales.

+ Comfortable and confident with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

+ Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a book of business.

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

+ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a performance-based sales environment.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad, digital media and/or event sales.

- Proven ability to sell digital and print advertising, as well as sponsor ships.

- Strong background in tradeshow sales and B2B interactions.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to handle inbound inquiries and cold calling.

- Proficient in developing and executing sales promotions.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
