. Reporting to the RVP of Sales, this company is hiring a Sales Director to join the team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive revenue by selling managed services and self‑serve solutions.

- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: manage the entire process, from identifying prospects to closing deals with agencies and brands, selling the SaaS platform along with media offerings.
- Grow the business: develop new business to meet sales quotas, target prospects, and leverage qualified leads from the pre‑sales team, building, owning, and expanding a book of business.
- Collaborate: work closely with Account Managers, Product, and Campaign Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Engage: provide prospects and clients with strategic insights and innovative solutions that enhance their digital strategies.
- The drive:
You are results‑driven, motivated to exceed sales targets, and proactive in seeking new opportunities and building relationships. - The industry experience:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in digital advertising sales, managing sales cycles, and driving revenue for clients ranging from small businesses to large organizations; expertise in Real Time Bidding, programmatic, or ad network sales; proficient with tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Salesloft. - The technical proficiency:
Familiar with the digital media landscape, CRM tools, and MS Office; able to grasp complex technical details and translate them into clear, actionable client insights. - The communication skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; curious and inquisitive, capable of asking probing questions, building connections, and creating compelling pitch decks and presentations. - The commitment to success:
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in team‑oriented environments, coachable, committed to personal growth, and adept at balancing multiple deals while maintaining attention to detail. - The flexibility:
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
