Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving satisfaction. As a Client Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor account activity and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their account status and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client account management or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
