What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, selling business Internet, Voice, and TV services
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and customer experience metrics
  • Manage the customer journey from lead generation to closing sales
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Maintain an organized prospect database and manage multiple activities simultaneously
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Experience in managing a sales funnel and generating leads through cold calling
