Role

Vice President of Sales

We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to own and accelerate new mid‑market revenue s is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for a proven closer with deep experience in agency, media, or marketing services sales.

You’ll own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end — from activating your executive network to negotiating and closing seven‑figure deals. Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team, you’ll also help shape Tube Science’s go‑to‑market strategy as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑growth environments, leads with relationships, and knows how to turn trust into revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing executive relationships
  • Own complex sales cycles — from first conversation through negotiation and close
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for high‑value prospects and priority verticals
  • Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and Creative teams to craft compelling pitches, proposals, and deal structures
  • Represent Tube Science at industry events and within your professional network
  • Help refine sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting as the sales function scales
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience in media, creative, or advertising agency services
  • Proven track record of closing 6‑figure mid‑market deals
  • Deep, trusted relationships with senior marketing and growth leaders at major brands
  • Master understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing
  • Polished communicator with executive‑level presence and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑directed, and comfortable building in fast‑moving environments
Location

📍 Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
