We’re seeking a Mainstream Creator Manager based in Los Angeles or Miami to accelerate Fanvue’s growth in the US creator market. In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for generating sales by identifying, engaging, and converting high‑potential SFW creators into active, revenue‑generating partners on our platform.
This is a commercial, creator‑facing position focused on acquisition, activation, and early revenue growth. You’ll build trusted relationships with creators and agencies, gain a deep understanding of their monetisation goals, and position Fanvue as the top long‑term platform partner. This role is essential to achieving Fanvue’s ambitious US Mainstream revenue targets.
What You’ll Do- Drive creator acquisition across the US Mainstream (SFW) market, owning GMV and onboarding targets
- Prospect, qualify, and engage creators and agencies through outbound, inbound, and network‑driven opportunities
- Manage key parts of the sales cycle from discovery to close, including pitching, negotiation, and contracting (with leadership support when needed)
- Onboard creators by leveraging reduced platform commission and targeted commercial incentives
- Accelerate activation and drive time to first revenue for newly onboarded creators
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with creators, serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner
- Maintain close engagement during the first 90 days post‑onboarding to ensure successful activation and retention
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Creator Success
- Work closely with Mainstream Sales, Creator Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless creator experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene (Hub Spot or equivalent)
- Gather and share creator insights to inform product, onboarding, and commercial strategy
- Experienced creator manager, talent manager, creator scout, or sales executive in the creator economy
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and onboarding targets
- Deep understanding of how creators monetise audiences and what motivates them to switch platforms
- Confident in pitching platforms, products, and commercial terms to creators and agencies
- Strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Skilled at managing CRM workflows and forecasting pipeline
- Organised, diligent, and able to work independently in a remote‑first environment
- Resilient, coachable, curious, and highly driven
- Existing network of US-based creators or agencies, especially in LA or Miami
- Experience with subscription, fan, or creator monetisation platforms
- Exposure to influencer marketing or talent management technology
- You enjoy taking ownership of revenue targets and being accountable for results
- You’re energised by building relationships and closing deals
- You like working autonomously while staying closely aligned with a wider team
- You care about creator success, not just sign‑ups
- You prefer exclusively inbound or reactive sales roles
- You’re uncomfortable with targets, negotiation, or commercial accountability
- You need heavy structure or close supervision
- Play a key role in launching and scaling Fanvue’s US Mainstream creator business
- Directly impact revenue and platform growth
- Base salary range: $60,000–$80,000 USD + performance-based incentives
