What You’ll Do- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential customers to drive revenue.
- Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, showcasing the benefits of our pergolas and accessories.
- Showroom Ownership: Develop and manage our showroom to maximize sales opportunities.
- Order Coordination: Ensure a seamless process from inquiry to purchase.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend additional products such as accessories and maintenance services.
- Competitor & Market Research: Stay updated on trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales strategies.
- Events & Exhibitions: Assist in planning, preparing, and attending sales events to showcase our products.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records and support performance analysis for strategy improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Experience selling high-value consumer products preferred.
- Familiarity with Hub Spot CRM is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques.
