Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in New York or New Jersey (Preferrably Bronx). The Sales Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s sales objectives and strengthening its market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field visits, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This position also involves conducting daily outreach calls to prospects, following up on potential leads, and consistently contributing to the company’s growth and competitive positioning in the market.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct regular field visits and interact effectively with potential clients on-site.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with local markets (New York/New Jersey areas preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
