We’re looking for Bilingual Case Consultants to join our established sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients—evaluating case eligibility, converting leads, and guiding them through the onboarding process. This is a sales-driven role designed for someone who thrives in a high-volume, target-oriented environment while maintaining empathy and professionalism with clients.

• Hours:
  
  Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Location:
  
  Onsite in Los Angeles, CA (90010)

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and calls, analyzing case fit.
• Convert leads into retained clients.
• Qualify clients for immigration services and explain retainers, payment plans, and onboarding.
• Complete intake forms and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with prospective clients via phone, video, text, and email.
• Collaborate with Case Analysts and share feedback on client interactions.
• Process payments through approved methods.
• Track and report client interactions and sales outcomes.
• Keep Zoho CRM updated with accurate client and case data.
• Deliver targeted sales strategies to consistently meet monthly goals.

• Hourly range: $28–$31 USD

• High School Diploma required
  ;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience, or 3+ years in sales.
• Bilingual:
  fluent in English and Spanish
  .
• Comfortable working with monthly metrics and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy: able to use case management software (CLIO), Zoho, G Suite, and related systems.
• Interest in the legal industry;
  immigration law experience is a plus
  .
• Empathetic, client‑focused, and able to evaluate cases with discretion
  .
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
