The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be instrumental in fueling top-of-funnel pipeline growth. You'll identify and engage potential customers, qualify prospects, and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (phone, email, Linked In)
- Identify leads aligned with our client’s Ideal Customer Profile
- Respond to inbound leads from campaigns, events, and web traffic
Lead Qualification
- Assess prospect needs and fit using frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings with sales-ready leads
- Transition leads smoothly to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Hub Spot
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach quality and targeting
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2 years in a Sales Development or similar role (preferably in SaaS or B2B software)
- Confidence and enthusiasm in outbound outreach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Hub Spot and lead qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC)
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
