VP of Global Sales, Unmanned Systems – Hybrid | Los Angeles, CA 🛠️
A high-growth unmanned systems technology company is seeking a VP of Global Sales to lead and scale its global commercial function. This is a hands-on, executive leadership role owning revenue and strategic OEM relationships across the unmanned ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Own global revenue across drone OEM customers
- Lead and close the most strategic, complex OEM opportunities
- Build, manage, and scale a global sales team
- Drive disciplined sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to support design-ins and production scale
- Act as a senior commercial voice at the executive level
- 10+ years B2B hardware sales experience
- Proven success selling directly to drone OEMs
- Strong background in complex, design-in led sales cycles
- Experience managing and scaling global sales teams
