About the Role

Relcu is hiring an Account Executive to help scale a modern, AI-native CRM platform purpose-built for the mortgage and financial services industry. This is a startup environment
. We’re looking for self-starters who thrive with ownership, ambiguity, and accountability — not people waiting on playbooks to be handed to them.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
  • Run high-quality discovery with sales, marketing, and operations leaders
  • Deliver consultative demos focused on business outcomes (not feature tours)
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression with discipline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging, ICP, and sales motion
  • Close mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals in a fast-moving startup environment
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (full-cycle)
  • Proven ability to operate in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong discovery skills and comfort selling to senior stakeholders
  • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to adapt quickly as processes evolve
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling CRM, martech, fintech, or workflow software
  • Background selling into financial services or mortgage
  • Prior startup or early-stage company experience
