As an Account Executive II, your responsibilities include managing inbound leads, converting them into loyal customers, and handling an existing book of business. You will serve as a key contact, guiding customers through the sales process to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. This role is ideal for a driven individual passionate about sales and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships, demonstrate trust, service, and honesty, identify strategic long-term clients, and secure substantial, repeatable orders.Develop business with both new and existing inbound customers.Create and manage plans to achieve specific sales goals, profitable growth, and enhance market share and brand image.Assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their projects.Serve as the contact for new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production.Guide our sales engineering team in developing quotes tailored to customer needs and ensure collection of all customer requirements for project initiation.Deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events.Gather and report industry trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback.Qualifications:At least 4+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role.Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment.Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, Web Ex, or Go To Meeting .CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems.Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude.High energy and a positive attitude to engage and sell effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.Xometry is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
