Sales and Logistics Specialist

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 onsite/2 remote) Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours/week

The organization operates within the consumer products industry, supporting a large-scale North American retail and distribution network. The environment is fast-paced and highly operational, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, process execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role supports post-sale execution by managing sales orders, coordinating logistics activities, and providing customer support related to order status and fulfillment. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order flow between sales, supply chain, and customers.

• Manage and process sales orders in SAP following order confirmation
• Release orders and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to support timely fulfillment
• Track order status and provide customers with delivery and shipment information
• Support internal sales teams with order data, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales, order, and logistics data
• Maintain high levels of accuracy across order documentation and systems
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or a similar role
• Experience working within a retail sales environment
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities autonomously
• Clear and professional communication skills

• Experience in the apparel or fashion industry
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or sales analytics
• Background in hybrid sales and operations support roles
