We are a leading distributor of professional beauty products and are looking for a motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside Sales Representative in the Los Angeles area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking with salon professionals, has a strong customer service mindset, and is driven by results. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will develop new business, nurture existing accounts, and drive sales growth.

You’ll be meeting with salon owners, stylists, and beauty professionals, showcasing high-quality products, and providing solutions that enhance their business.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and beauty professionals
• Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned territory
• Travel to client appointments, product demos, and industry events
• Meet or exceed sales goals through effective sales strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients
• Track and report sales performance and market trends

• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – You know how to build relationships and close deals

  Sales Experience – at least 1 year in sales is required; outside sales experience is preferred but not required
