We are looking for a talented and driven Salesperson to join our team and help us expand our client base.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and driven salesperson eager to grow with us. Sales experience and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential, while industry-specific experience is a plus but not required. We're looking for someone enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative. Drive and eagerness to learn matter more to us than specific industry background.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in concerts, films, music videos, and corporate events.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with event organizers and production companies.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Competitive base salary, dependent on experience
- Commission: a percentage of each deal closed, dependent on experience
- On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Reflective of individual performance and growth

Experience & Qualifications- Proven experience in sales.
- Familiarity with laser technology, lighting design, or event production is a plus.
- Existing network within event production companies or related industries is highly desirable.

- Ability to travel to client meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
