• 10+ years proven enterprise software supply chain sales experience and 5+ years managing enterprise level software sales teams.
• Experience working extensively in North America with distributed teams.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in Sales/Sales management, leading a team selling into CPG and Manufacturing Industry Accounts in North America.
• Demonstrable success in Sales Strategy, business growth through new business and account hunting, account management and farming.
• Open-minded, hands‑on, team-oriented, and down to earth communicator.
• Solid experience interacting effectively with inside sales, presales, alliances, product, and sales operations to create best outcomes for customers and the company.
• Track record of building and maintaining positive long‑term, win‑win relationships with clients, cross‑functional stakeholders, and team members.
• Must possess a value‑selling DNA and a strong background utilizing value‑selling tools.
