Account Executive

Job Description:

Lotus Bakersfield Corp is seeking a driven Account Executive to represent our five radio stations and expanding digital media portfolio. We are leading the way in digital and traditional media, offering opportunities to create impactful campaigns across radio, digital ads, OTT, online audio, and Digital Out of Home.

As an Account Executive, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with clients, developing marketing campaigns, writing compelling commercial copy, conducting marketing research, managing billing, and representing our stations at live events and remote broadcasts. You will play a key role in growing both traditional and digital revenue streams while helping our clients succeed across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, professional, and confident individual who excels in building relationships, representing our company with integrity, and consistently driving results.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience, including calling both warm and cold leads

Strong self-starter with discipline, motivation, and the ability to work independently

Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent communication skills

Proficient with computer applications, including MS Office

Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to network and expand business opportunities

Engaging, confident, and commanding presence, able to represent the company and stations professionally

Creative and resourceful, able to develop innovative solutions and sales strategies

Requirements:

Automobile Insurance, Reliable Transportation, High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay:

To start:
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission with an average range of $37,500 - $93,500 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and individual performance)
