Fashion Buyer - Women's Apparel

About This Opportunity

We're hiring a Fashion Buyer - Women's Apparel for our Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid role that involves both in-office collaboration and market visits.

Candidates should have 5+ years of buying experience in fashion retail and a strong understanding of product lifecycle, merchandising systems, and vendor relationships. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage reports and purchase orders
• Analyze sales data, reporting, and inventory needs
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Collaborate with the buying team to manage Open-to-Buy plans
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis
• Support merchandising and product assortment strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through vendor coordination
• Attend business meetings and vendor appointments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of buying experience in fashion retail
• Strong Excel skills and retail math
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or a related field (preferred)
