Key Holder

The Position

Vince at The Grove is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Full‑Time Key Holder.

The Key Holder is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships in our retail stores. Associates who demonstrate high proficiency in interacting with customers and identifying their needs will maximize sales opportunities. The associate will continue client contact beyond the initial sale, capturing name, address, phone and email contact information and using multiple means to communicate and build relationships. The associate will maintain visual and housekeeping standards, including receiving merchandise, presenting to the selling floor, processing markdowns and removing transfers.

Operate our point‑of‑sale (POS) register system and email system.

Base hourly salary ranges from $17 to $22. Exact salary depends on experience, skills and budget. Salary may vary based on geographic location.

• Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
• Listen to customers, identify needs and overcome objections.
• Develop client contact beyond initial transaction using phone, email and written follow‑up.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
• Operate POS register and email systems.
• Safeguard inventory through loss prevention program.
• Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain client book management and clienteling.

• Prior experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
• Sales‑driven and goal‑oriented.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: retail POS system, Word, Excel and email.
• Ability to lift, carry or move objects up to 35 pounds; use ladders or stairs as needed.
