Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) - T3427 s role focuses on delivering a guest-first experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and service on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. Starting hourly rate: $19.00 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use data to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from the fitting room and guest service back out to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices, operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders; scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions; drive-up, carryout, etc.
• Able to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
