We’re hiring for key positions across 4 critical areas. Explore the core focus of each function below, and connect with us to learn more about role-specific details:
- Drive strategic decision-making through in-depth internal/external data analysis, competitor research, and industry trend tracking.
- Lead strategic thematic research and support the implementation of cooperative projects.
- Explore new business opportunities and provide insights on supply chain, risks, and growth drivers from R&D and production perspectives.
- Brand Management
:
Oversee global brand projects (ambassadors, sponsor ships, IP partnerships), coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, local offices) to ensure on-brand delivery and project success. - Brand BD Leadership
:
Develop global partnership strategies (ambassadors, enterprise, IP, sponsor ships), lead high-level negotiations, manage budgets, and drive ROI for brand collaborations.
- Retail Strategy Leadership
:
Develop global merchandising strategies, SOPs, and retail training systems; manage end-to-end retail materials (design, production, delivery) and ROI evaluation. - Store Operations Management
:
Lead store sales target setting, omnichannel operations (offline experience + online promotion), new product launches, and promotional campaigns. - Optimize store performance through data analysis (foot traffic, conversion rate, average order value) and refine operational processes to enhance customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Manage retail teams, conduct store audits, and drive continuous improvement of retail standards.
While role-specific requirements vary, we’re looking for candidates who share these foundational strengths:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (advanced degrees preferred for senior roles).
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience (varies by role: consulting for Strategy, brand/marketing for Brand roles, retail for Retail roles, 8+ years for BD Manager).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset, results-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent English (mandatory for global roles; working language proficiency required for retail leadership).
- Industry expertise in hard technology, consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related fields (a plus for all roles).
