• Read and write English, interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 45 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Maintain carts, assist customers with purchases, and provide assistance to their cars as requested.
• Check prices on products and return merchandise to store shelves.
• Assist with loading merchandise into shopping carts and vehicles.
• Pull merchandise from check stand and return to proper shelf.
• Monitor cleanliness of store entrance and interior; sweep, mop, pick up trash, and restock restrooms.

The Service Clerk reports to the Store Manager/Senior Assistant Manager.
