As a floor manager, you are responsible for supporting the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.

• The majority of your day will involve trading on a busy shop floor and ensuring that all processes run smoothly for an outstanding customer experience.
• You will oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members handling first‑line customer queries via email, chat and call across topics related to product orders.
• You’ll work with the specialist customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAstestens for online support.
• You’ll be an ambassador for our products, inspiring store and online customers and your team.
• You will drive commercial results, ensuring that the best‑selling products are showcased and guidelines followed.
• You will be accountable for day‑to‑day store operations, planning staff deployment and coaching stylists.
• You’ll partner with management to Resolvers the store exceed its absolute targets and KPIs.
• Proactively manage people matters inducing return‑to‑work interviews and performance reviews.
• Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently.

This is a full‑time hourly position at $23.60–$24.70, plus a monthly commission bonus.
