Job Description
As a Thrive Apprentice – Retail, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of our retail store. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandising and inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products, our company, and our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers, answering questions, providing product information, and assisting with purchases.

• Assist with merchandising and inventory management, including stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring accurate product displays.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing shelves.

• Support store management with tasks such as receiving shipments, processing returns, and managing cash registers.

• Learn about Thrive Market’s products, values, and mission.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
