Key Holder – SMCP (US, California)We are looking for a passionate and inspirational Key Holder to support both Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
- Manage start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store and maintain familiarity with store goals and KPI results.
- Oversee store safety and supervise escalated customer issues.
- Provide support to new employees and perform operational tasks.
- Assume leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- 1+ years of prior service experience.
- Love for Customer Service.
- Friendly and outgoing.
- Solid Communication Skills.
- Fashion Savvy.
- Social Media Following (Preferred).
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Interest in career advancement.
