We are looking for a passionate and inspirational Key Holder to support both Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
• Manage start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store and maintain familiarity with store goals and KPI results.
• Oversee store safety and supervise escalated customer issues.
• Provide support to new employees and perform operational tasks.
• Assume leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• 1+ years of prior service experience.
• Love for Customer Service.
• Friendly and outgoing.
• Solid Communication Skills.
• Fashion Savvy.
