Seasonal Sales Associate

Overview

We’re looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture driven brand. You’ll provide the best customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. You’ll demonstrate product knowledge and customer experience skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register and process sales transactions, driving add-on sales using benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry around theft.
• Support the maintenance of the store and stock room, keeping the store tidy and organized.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you’re passionate about philanthropy and all things pop culture, you’re in the right place.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Be at least 16 years of age to join the brand.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

$17.30 - $18.15 an hour

Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as an individual’s education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
