Floater Parking Attendant

Job Description

Need to travel to different locations on a daily basis in LA County. The Valet provides professional, courteous and compassionate guest services. Assume and assist day to day operation of specific parking projects as assigned to each location.

• Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member issues and inquiries.
• Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue and perform cashier duties.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues.
• Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times.
• Project currency and coin requirements and reorder as necessary.
• Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time.
• Keep work area clean and perform daily cleaning/maintenance as needed.

• Must have 2 years of parking experience.
• Must be flexible between 6am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
• Must have a source of transportation to travel to different locations in LA County.

• One year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Valet experience.
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Pay Rate
: $21.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Floater Position: Full Time.
