Starting Rate: $17.87 per hour.

We are looking for a dedicated checker to join our front‑end team and provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced grocery environment.

• Maintain outstanding customer service according to company standards.
• Process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cash register operations and safeguard company assets.
• Ability to bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Work in a typical fast‑paced grocery store environment; lift, stand, walk, kneel and handle visual and auditory tasks.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, correspondence and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
