• Deliver friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and provide product information.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays.
• Perform heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds), bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and shelf tags.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively to customers and coworkers.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Proficient with basic PC/Outlook skills.
