Key Holder – Le Labo – Full Time – The Grove

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store. Your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills will be used to lead by example, modeling the behaviors the sales team needs to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
• Lead by example in customer service, coaching the sales team to achieve targets.
• Handle retail and cash reconciliation, including start- and end-of-day procedures.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Previous supervisory experience desirable; coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Cash handling experience and knowledge of cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Right to live and work in the country; proof may be required at interview.
