Job Description
OverviewYou got game? You got spring in your step? You want the best job in the world! Domino's Pizza offers flexible schedules, part or full time, including late hours to fit around school or other commitments. We are looking for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills who can grow with us.
Pay$20.00 per hour
Job Requirements- You must be 18 years of age or older.
Job Duties For All Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees depending on area.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and outdoors.
- Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust exposure.
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher and sharp edges/moving parts.

Qualifications Sensing- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical RequirementsIncluding, but not limited to the following:
- Standing:
All tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances, surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces between 36" and 48" high. - Sitting:
Office desk work for paperwork. - Lifting:
Up to 50 pounds; cases moved to shelves up to 72" high. - Carrying:
Cans, sauce, dough trays; weights vary by item. - Pushing/Pulling:
Move trays on dollies; some items pulled. - Climbing:
Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders for changes and maintenance. - Stooping/Bending:
Frequent bending during pizza assembly and stocking ingredients. - Crouching/Squatting:
Occasional for stocking/cleaning. - Reaching:
Continuous reaching with occasional above-shoulder work. - Hand Tasks:
Continuous use of hands; dough shaping and tool handling required.
- Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel.
