Under direct supervision of the Team Leads, the Crew Member is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, processing sales quickly and accurately, performing cash register operations, sweeping, stocking, cleaning, and safeguarding company assets.

• Provide premier customer service, greeting and responding to questions
• Assist customers at the registers
• Work in various departments of the store
• Ensure product is rotated, within date, and properly displayed on shelves according to planogram
• Unload product from trucks and organize stock room
• Assist with replenishing all departments
  
  Clean cases, fill shelves, mop and sweep the sales floor, stock room, and dairy coolers
• Operate back‑room equipment: pallet jack, baler, compactor, scrub machine
• Assist in other duties as assigned

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but simple written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, often up to 45 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate
• Demonstrated customer service skills and follow procedures
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
