• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service are moved back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while adhering to applicable laws and policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to solve their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology equipment as directed; effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and up to 44 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Must be mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
