Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

This role is a Store Support position focused on non-sales functions, including customer order fulfillment, assisting customers in the lot, and administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. You will work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, and may have little or some supervision. You should be detail-oriented with strong time management and integrity, and you will support store-specific operational objectives and core responsibilities.

• Assist with customer order fulfillment and provide an outstanding experience.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
• Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations.
• Demonstrate integrity and respond to operational concerns while focusing on business objectives.
• Support roles such as Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative as needed.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and under varying supervision levels.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
