We are looking for a passionate and inspirational Keyholder to support both Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store. You will build relationships and outreach to our customers, create fitting‑room experiences, and provide a welcoming and inclusive culture. Keyholder functions include:

• Start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Opening/closing procedures
• Familiarity with store goals and KPI results
• Oversee store safety and respond to escalated customer issues
• Support new employees and perform operational tasks
• Take leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

• 1+ years of prior service experience
• Love for Customer Service
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Solid Communication Skills
• Fashion Savvy
• Social Media Following (Preferred)
• Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling)
• Interest in career advancement
