• Maintain and organize shopping carts, including retrieving them from the parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers with loading merchandise into carts and vehicles.
• Check and verify retail prices on shelves for check‑stand personnel.
• Pull merchandise from the check stand and return items to their proper shelves; walk aisles and correct misplaced items.
• Monitor cleanliness of the store entrance, aisles, restrooms, and overall premises—sweep, mop, and replace trash as needed.

• Read, write, and speak English to interact with the public and coworkers.
• Follow written and oral instructions; present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Lift consistently up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC and Outlook skills (preferred).
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).
