As a Sales Associate at COS, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of COS. With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, we’ll create moments that make shopping at COS an absolute delight.

• Greet customers and provide high-level service at every interaction.
• Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise the latest garments.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials are nice to have, they’re not mandatory.
