• Explain the features and benefits of our merchandise in addition to DFS’s service differentiators.
• Provide accurate product and shop promotion information to customers.
• Sell to customer’s needs and cross‑sell other products and brands to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate product on clients’ skin/face, e.g., color cosmetics and skincare applications.
• Close sale by thanking clients and building relationships to seek future opportunities to grow sales.
• Return cash floats and all necessary documents to close registers and secure sales receipts.
• General housekeeping of assigned area: dusting, straightening and restocking merchandise while maintaining full client awareness at all times.
• Assist in merchandise inventories as applicable.
• Assist in proper handling of merchandise, including maintenance of visual merchandising, testers and brand guidelines.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of retail experience with accurate and quick transaction handling ability.
• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality services, or luxury brand boutique experience preferred.
• Familiar with using the POS Terminal.
• Able to work flexible hours as required by the business.
• Multilingual speaking ability preferred.

Glendale, CA. Salary: $50,050.00 – $83,380.00 (Full‑time)
