This is a highly collaborative, execution‑focused role that operates at the intersection of brand, product, and operations. You’ll work alongside Marketing, Creative, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as external designers and suppliers, to bring culturally relevant merchandise to market efficiently and effectively.

Cross‑Functional Project Coordination
  • Partner with Procurement, Operations, Sales, Creative, and Marketing to execute merchandise initiatives from kickoff through launch.
  • Establish clear project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; track progress and flag risks or blockers as needed.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining clear communication around status, priorities, and next steps.
  • Source and coordinate with external designers and creative partners to develop graphic‑led merchandise concepts.
  • Collaborate with internal Creative teams to ensure brand alignment, incorporate feedback, and prepare production‑ready assets.
  • Ensure designs align with Puffco’s visual identity, tone, and cultural relevance.
  • Partner with Procurement to support vendor sourcing, quoting, sampling, and production readiness.
  • Manage sampling and quality review cycles to ensure merchandise meets expectations for materials, fit, print quality, and overall execution.
  • Identify and communicate quality risks early, supporting resolution with vendors and internal partners.
Channel Support & Launch Readiness
  • Collaborate with channel stakeholders and Procurement on planning inputs, timing considerations, and forecasting assumptions.
  • Support launch readiness by coordinating approvals, production timelines, and cross‑functional handoffs.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, product merchandising, apparel/soft goods development, or brand merchandise (consumer/lifestyle preferred).
  • Experience supporting merchandise drops, seasonal assortments, or lifecycle management across multiple projects.
  • Strong experience working with vendors through sampling and production timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
