• Lead by example and support customers and team members on the sales floor.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth.
• Coach team development through real‑time feedback and encouragement.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and collaborative environment that reflects brand values.
• Promote Catbird’s jewelry line to customers with consistency and care.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and maintain store presentation.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate customers and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure every experience ends on a positive note.

• Prior retail leadership experience.
• Passion for creating meaningful, lasting customer connections.

• Sales‑driven and motivated to meet goals while maintaining a thoughtful experience.
• Dependable, flexible, and adaptable; available weekends, holidays, and blackout periods.

• Preferred experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or clienteling.
• Physical capability to stand extended periods, lift light items, and perform wrist and hand movements.
