Responsibilities- Hire, manage and motivate your team to operate at a high level.
- Drive and create sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
- Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience from your team.
- Lead by example; follow all policies and procedures at all times.
- High School or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- Understand that Shoe Palace is full of opportunities and changes.
- Possess the people skills to grow your team.
- Have a strong desire to work hard and be successful.
- Be computer savvy.
- Exhibit honesty and loyalty; we need a leader who strengthens our team.
- Experience selling athletic shoes (a plus).
