Seasonal Part-Time Barista

MORI HAUS is looking for a Seasonal Part-Time Barista to grow with the brand as we step into our next chapter.

This is a paid part-time role (approximately 15-20 hours per week) where you’ll work closely with the founder and become one of our main team members. You’ll be exposed to every part of running a growing brand — the inside out!

We are ultimately looking for someone who is extremely hardworking, organized, dependable, eager to learn, and excited to help grow a brand to the next level.

This role is dynamic and hands-on. You will be responsible to master the art of crafting a variety of mind-blowing beverages and representing what MORI HAUS stands for!

• Prepare drinks with precision and consistency, maintaining our high quality standards
• Show consistent care and respect for all coffee/matcha equipment, including the espresso machine, grinders, bamboo whisk, chawan and other equipment ensuring proper maintenance and functionality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both work and customer areas by wiping down surfaces, dusting, and keeping the shop's appearance polished and inviting
• Work closely with the founder to bring the brand’s vision to life + craft new fun flavors together!

• 1+ years of specialty coffee experience
• Knowledge of coffee and experience in matcha preparation
• Obsessed with details – you see the magic in every cup and every plate
• Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, patiently and effectively with customers and team members
• Love building real-life experiences, coffee and brand growth
• Can build authentic and meaningful connections with customers, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
• Must be Los Angeles based
